• Minimum stay: 1 week (7 nights)
• Rental is weekly from Saturday to Saturday
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out until 10am
• No pets
• Non-smoking. Smoking only on terrace with ashtray.

Booking FAQ

How does booking work?

Select your dates in the calendar (min. 7 nights) and send a request. We will check and accept it within 24 hours.

When do I need to pay?

After we confirm your request you will receive an email with a payment link. Payment is due within 3 days, otherwise the reservation expires.

What are the cancellation terms?

Up to 60 days before arrival: full refund. Up to 30 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. Please contact us via the contact form for cancellations.
